#828 Test each pull-request that ./doc directory builds fine without warnings

I was thinking about having copr-docs package, which doesn't really have to be shipped in Fedora repos; but would be rebuilt each time PR is submitted ...

In %build section of that package we would build the documentation, using the make html method. if that failed, the build would fail - and we would know that we broke the documentation.

On top of this, I plan to install jenkins job pushing updated documentation to docs project, so we don't have to do ./update_docs.sh all the time.
