Similarly to copr-builder, please add the --config option so other copr instances can install the same package (copr-rpmbuilder) and just install additional config file. Ideally, It would be nice if you provided all the configuration files alternatives for '*.conf' in: https://pagure.io/copr/copr/blob/f70e4cc967b9984236ebc177c93ac78c52579988/f/builder
