Reported by @eclipseo: <eclipseo> is it possible that repo regeneration is broken? my builds don't see the latest version of a package i've pushed <eclipseo> something is wrong, deleted builds are not acutally being deleted from the repo, and repo regeneration keeps them available

This issue did not re-appear for a year, so I believe it was resolved.
