The shortened version looks really nice.
In the showed example, you have all chroots from the project with the same remaining time. How would you deal with a case, when I decide to prolong some of the chroots, but not all of them?

I'd sort them based on remaining time, ascending. Otherwise I don't know, e.g. this?

The point is to make the email readable, short (I don't insist on formating each byte).

Since PR#1512, we now have a page with all EOL repositories that a user is an admin of. That means we should just send a link to this page instead of listing all repositories in the email body.
I agree, but still - it would be nice to sumup the problem in the email; at least the list of the newly affected projects would be nice.
