There are logs from libsepol-2.9-0.rc1.1.fc29.3.src.rpm and also from policycoreutils-2.9-0.rc1.1.fc29.6.src.rpm builds.
According to @praiskup builders are re-used and it could be that copr-rpmbuild did not remove the builder-live.log before it started the next build

The code related to builder-live.log, canceling, and related got major update in the recent release, and I really believe this won't happen again. Thank you for the report!
