#519 RFE: copr-cli edit-package-* should not have mandatory options

  • Except for --name option
  • except that at least one option should be added (there must be some reason to hit the command)

Namely edit-package-custom always requires --script option.

I've done this specifically for PyPI packages in f6a413f4. You are right, we need to do this across all package types in some generic fashion.
