To make the copr-rpmbuild really useful for development of packages, we need to have an option to run the script without referencing the build id (consider that you want to build src.rpm against particular copr chroot, but you haven't done the build in copr yet -- so there's no build id).

Not only RPMs, especially build of SRPMs is hard to devel/debug locally (copr-rpmbuilder --srpm), because there's a tons of options now in Providers, but none of them working locally (without having online and up&running frontend, with the build-id in place).
