Hello,
I have just spend some time (half a minute or slightly more) to search for the API link where the copr-cli credentials can be found. In the end, I have found it in the footer. I think the link should be better visible, perhaps placed between the top links in a profile page (see the screenshot) <img alt="Screenshot_from_2020-12-14_23-29-16.png" src="/copr/copr/issue/raw/files/98f54c4369f7e81ac430c0b1117d1a99785f61d2bfc0111213baa2a6e71589e8-Screenshot_from_2020-12-14_23-29-16.png" /> Also copr-cli tool could print the link out when the file is missing, outdated or invalid. Currently, I get:
copr-cli
================= WARNING: ======================= File '~/.config/copr' is missing or incorrect. See documentation: man copr-cli. Any operation requiring credentials will fail! ================================================== Hint: There is no config file: /home/clime/.config/copr
but to mention the link where you can get the apI config would be nice. Maybe I am overlooking something...
Maybe another optional improvement would be to more clearly communicate if the current token offered on the API page is outdated (another pitfall i have fallen into :)), i.e. rendering the text area in red (for outdated) and green (for valid).
