I tried to build with "isolation simple" set in one project: https://download.copr.fedorainfracloud.org/results/praiskup/test-isolation/fedora-rawhide-x86_64/01808206-dummy-pkg/builder-live.log
And the isolation config option given to the backend was "default", not simple.
The per-build option seems to work fine.
