This is a followup to https://pagure.io/copr/copr/issue/1555
It would be great if copr project had an option in settings that could (even temporarily) disable all integrations / automatic builds. Unlike a DB query or a scripted CLI / API call to disable this option in all packages, this global setting would have one advantage: You can turn it back on, no need to remember which packages were enabled and which were disabled.

I bet the problem is that you want to freeze the repo, and even though people are pushing to fedora packages - you don't want to build the packages temporarily. Is that so?
This would be slightly different option than all the other options, because that per-project option would beat the more fine-grained per-package configurations. Patches are welcome.
