On the Project Builds page, the Submitted column show relative time that is rounded, it says e.g. "a day ago". That gives very little idea of the time the build was submitted, was it 13 ours ago? 23? 35?
Relative time is (subjectively) a counterproductive simplification, I'd much rather see the date and time. If I really need to know how long ago it was (which is rarely the case), I can do the math in my head.
(The exact time is listed when clicking on the build, but it's an extra step)
We could use either something like 0000-00-00 00:00 UTC (XX XX ago), or put one of those varinats to hover.
