I selected two (running) builds, and hit delete all marked, and got: Method Not Allowed

I'm not sure if the status of staging is consistent, so this might be OK in latest master. I'm just filling this to not forget about this at release time.

Hmm, this is caused by disabled javascript. So IMO we should either - make the thing work without javascript, or - remove the functionality (the button and checkboxes) if javascript is off

I was looking into it this morning but seems like my docker is broken, so first I need to sort it out.
