[backend] use the correct data for rawhide_to_release createrepo
    
    The data parameters got renamed in 9e5deb53a as well as the
    `handle_rawhide_to_release` method, to reflect that change.
    However, the parameters for createrepo was forgotten and now
    it fails with `KeyError`.
