frontend: test branch-fedora command
    
    And transitively also the rawhide-to-release command.
    
    BranchesLogic.get_or_create() was fixed to not create a separate session
    (it's not safe to pass such argument into python function).
    
    Also fix one fixture which was wrongly assigning a copr to package.
