frontend: fix the logging configuration
    
    Document what the FAS_LOGIN and OPENID_PROVIDER_URL options do, and drop
    the KRB5_LOGIN_BASEURI config option entirely (in clients we rely on a
    concrete, fixed api_v3 route).
