Random Command Line Gizmos
==========================
These are just commands that I have found handy.  More often than not,
I only need them about once every other year, but when I do I'm glad I
have them.

backlight: current backlight state

brighter: increase backlight by some percentage

darker: decrease backlight by some percentage

topo: given an ACPI PPTT, try to construct what the CPU/cache topology
	should look like when reported by lscpu et al. [EXPERIMENTAL]

when: show times in other time zones
