I realized there wasn't any documentation anywhere for how to actually use our hyperscale-intel repo, so I added a section in the docs alongside the existing repo documentation.

@dcavalca I've not updated these docs before, so did I edit everything I needed to for this change? I built it locally for testing. What actually rebuilds and publishes the public page when this repo is modified?
