The hyperscale systemd CentOS RPM spec now pulls tarballs directly
from the staging repo on pagure. We also switched to the flat dist-git
layout so we can sync from the main rawhide branch using git instead of
doing it manually. This commit updates the documentation to reflect
those process changes.
