#63 membership request

For those who haven't worked with Chris before, he's been one of the main drivers for btrfs in Fedora, among many other things.

@chrismurphy, mind joining us in the next meeting so you can introduce yourself to the group?

Hi. I'm interested in joining the SIG mainly to broaden my awareness of scalability problems and solutions. I tend to come from a user-centric perspective, but I like it when systems tend to avoid breaking, can self-heal or reset, are maintainable and repairable, provide incentives to backup or replicate irreplaceable data, and optimize complexity... the better off users, developers, infra, and docs writers are. Probably.

This was approved in today's meeting: https://www.centos.org/minutes/2021/July/centos-meeting.2021-07-21-16.00.html

Welcome @chrismurphy, I'll sort out your access in a bit.
