The Promo SIG exists but has never had a group in our accounts system. We're about to ask for some space on GitLab, and the SIG Guide says we need a group for access control. Group is sig-promo. Sponsors are me (shaunm) and Amy Marrich (spotz).

group is created so we can now create namespace on gitlab.com/CentOS for Promo SIG. But we need you to select which ACL you want to use on that project : see https://sigs.centos.org/guide/gitlab/#access and pick either "Simple Case" or "More complex case" based on your needs.
Once we'll have received info we can proceed

We'll use the simple case. Do you want me to file a separate issue for the GitLab namespace or just do it from here?
Friendly ping. Not trying to be pushy. Just making sure you're not blocking on anything from me.
Fabian is out til next year. If you are needing this before now, please open a new ticket so that it can be assigned to the team which has gitlab controls.
Created : https://gitlab.com/CentOS/promo Per documentation don't forget to link your existing gitlab account by visiting https://id.centos.org/gitlab and you should be ownerof the promo namespace/subgroup
