We still had the legacy https://ci.centos.org jenkins vhost up and running, even if "on hold" for jobs in queue and not processed. Mostly just to warn users and point them to relevant tracker. (this one) As it's now known that we all moved to openshift (that itself will move again to aws), we can decommission the legacy jenkins setup (aka ci.centos.org)
