Based on announce sent to ci-users list some time ago, we're now past phase 1 but before phase 2 (for the duffy service itself). Other component that needs to be migrated to AWS is https://artifacts.ci.centos.org We just need to send mail to announce this migration and inform tenants about ssh pubkey usage for auth from now on.
We'll accept also to migrate existing data from existing node to new one (even if supposed to be ephemeral data) but on 'opt-in' basis (through comment in this ticket)
