For each user with access to the fedora-coreos namespace, can you create a $user-dev namespace for testing changes?

I think something like this is a best practice in general; these namespaces could be periodically deleted and recreated.

namespaces are created with $user-fcos-dev There were 3 admins in fedora-coreos namespaces and all of you should have access to your namespaces. If you see/need PVs, please open another ticket (we have left a few hanging to consume but depending on your request, it may or may not be available) and if you see issues in accessing the namespaces, just reopen this with a comment :)
