#72 CentOS FAS raising 500 intermittently
Closed: Insufficient Data 3 years ago by ttomecek. Opened 3 years ago by ttomecek.

I got two reports from @hhorak and @codonell when they tried to log in via FAS they received

Fatal Error (500) A fatal error has occurred, we're
sorry :(

I personally tried both firefox and chromium and it worked fine for me.

I'm just wondering if there is something wrong on the FAS side or if there is anything to prevent the 500's.

Thanks.

Do you mean directly on https://accounts.centos.org or other service using id.centos.org as IdP (for OpenID/OpenIDC) ?
Probably easier to track in "real time" to have a look at logs.
Let's see if somebody can have a look at that

id.centos.org, accessed via "Sign in" button from git.stg.centos.org

This failed for me yesterday, but it works today.

As nobody else complained about this, and to troubleshoot this we'd need to see both logs in time, can we close this ticket for now ? Also ACO itself will disappear soon, as it will be merged with newer FAS infra

I haven't received any complaints during the two-week period, let's close then. Thanks!
