Due to a change in el9 that landed in stream 9 (see git commit in openssl pkg), all the SIGs public gpg keys need to be (re)signed with different digest algo. Worth knowing that existing PKI is still correct, but (nothing to be done on private keys) public keys need to be processed and pushed back to www.centos.org/keys , so that all SIGs can grab newer pub keys and distribute for their -release pkgs
