Instead of giving individual permissions, a new centos-board group was created (see https://accounts.centos.org/group/centos-board/) and @bex is also able to add/remove people from that group directly. @celeste and @spotz are now added in that group so next time they force a login on git.centos.org, group membership will be synchronized with pagure.

I'd prefer to see this responsibility sit with the Community Architect, now Shaun. They are ex-officio board members and more likely to be involved in this work.
