The internal mirror node in CI has limited disk capacity and we can get back some decent amount of storage just by not providing EPEL internal mirror anymore. That wouldn't be a huge issue as there is already another EPEL mirror running in that DC, just one hop away (in a common VLAN) : https://download-cc-rdu01.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/ , already registered in MirrorManager and so already detecting that it's coming from same public subnet (ASN)
