#529 Removing some nodes from mirror.stream.centos.org pool

due to space constraints, we'll have to remove some nodes from the mirror.stream.centos.org pool

Nodes with disk space issue to also contain mirror.stream.centos.org content/vhost have been removed from the pool

The following new ad-hoc playbook was added for this :
https://github.com/CentOS/ansible-infra-playbooks/commit/8e81b4c1aabdb1863325b92fc02aeeb71074ee72

So it's just a matter of :
* updating ansible inventory to set mirror_stream_content: False , and push to git
* play the ad-hoc task (that will check first inventory anyway with a assert task)
