#52 Migrate all CBS koji builders to new hosts

All current cbs.centos.org kojid x86_64 instances are running on old IBM nodes not under warranty anymore. That chassis has to go away to prepare a racks reorg in the cage.
We need to move all cbs kojid hosts to different nodes

I'll do that one by one, while no job is running, so already identified hardware nodes and/or VMs layout needed.

Process will be :

  • Init OS (hardware or VM)
  • disable koji host to be replaced while no job is running
  • ansible configure target host with same settings and put the node directly back in action in koji/cbs
  • decommission completely (reinstall) the old node to be recycled and power it off

All x86_64 kojid builders are migrated to new host/VMs.

Specs :
* 10Gbit vnic (or real nic)
* 20 vcpus (or 40 on specific bare-metal)
* 48Gb RAM (or 128Gb on specific bare-metal)
* SSD disks
