Make sure you're signed up as a mirror in the shared Fedora/CentOS

I've enabled the CentOS category in MirrorManager on the mirror1.cl.netactuate.com host, using the provided URLs. MirrorManager should automatically scan those and will soon start returning these mirrors in the appropriate metalink response.
