I've enabled the CentOS category in MirrorManager on the linuxsoft.cern.ch host, using the provided HTTP and HTTPS URLs. MirrorManager should automatically scan those and will soon start returning these mirrors in the appropriate metalink response.

I just added the rsync URL to your CentOS category. Having rsync is important for the crawler because http/https scanning is not the most effective.
