with usual candidate/testing/release suffixes and usual mappings to test and release repo.

according to discussion on centos-devel, we'll want * opstools9s-collectd-5 with usual candidate/testing/release suffixes and usual mappings to test and release repo.
As discussed on irc, the common tag doesn't follow the naming convention, so only the collectd-5 was processed :
