One question that came up while we were discussing this internally:
Can we add own nodes (running outside CentOS Infra) to this setup?

We have added a Jenkins instance to the OCP4 cluster available at https://jenkins-foreman.apps.ocp.ci.centos.org/

We have added the duffy keys from the legacy cluster so they should work the same as before
