#310 Hardware init to replace older/decommissioned equipment

To be configured/deployed (mix of ipmi/idrac profiles/network/ansible) :

supermicro chassis
2 network switches (vlan, port config, settings)
28 supermicro blades in chassis
3 Dell r640

Once installed and under ansible, we can move roles from 7y+ old ibm blades to new infra and remove old equipment from racks

already in progress, and hardware was in rack for some time but waiting for network cables to land, (SFP+).
A big thanks to @smooge and Matt so now able to configure these nodes and move on :)

All servers are deployed with 8-stream and network switches config uploaded to git.
Tested that upstream ToR switch trunk for 802.1q was also working fine
