#268 init new donated sponsored (hardware replacement)

We were contacted by a sponsor to get a hardware refresh, so we just need to:

  • install new node with centos 8-stream
  • ansible configures the node/role
  • transfer data (local DC) from old to new
  • update GeoIP backend for public dns zone
  • decommission old node
