NFV SIG would like to request tags for CentOS 8 Stream. These tags already exist for CentOS 8 but we need, want to build and release for CentOS Stream.

I accidentally put the OpenStack release codeword "Wallaby" in bug title. These NFV SIG packages are to be built, published and released as part of CentOS8S, not just in OpenStack or CloudSIG.
