The Container-native virtualization was installed on the CentOS CI Infra Openshift 4 cluster to support one of our tenants.
This process needs to be documented (at a minimum), or automated (optimal) to explain how it was achieved, and verified, and thereby make the process repeatable if we ever have to recover/reinstall the cluster.
This issue should cover the documentation of interacting with and understanding the basics of Kubevirt, demo the features to the CentOS/Fedora Infra team:

@bstinson @arrfab @siddharthvipul1 ticket to cover the investigation of Kubevirt (which is already installed in prod), lets document how this can be used to create VMs, as it will be potentially very useful and potentially much easier to manage than OpenNebula.

Updated the installation and validation of its working part. Usually it would be enough but as we are planning to explore it enough that we might end up using it, I would also like to see how we can create/manage VM templates. Will update on how to create kubevirt vm templates once I know :)
