While rebuilding PostgreSQL SCLs (namely rh-postgresql12 and rh-postgresql10), the builds are failing with the error in the $subject.

Error message is exactly the same as for rh-postgresql12
The error was not encountered on previous rebuilds.
I am having a look it seems elinks-0.12-0.37.pre6.el7.x86_64 md5 may have change in the course of it life.
We found the issue , it's gonna be fixed soon.

However more work for you as rh-postgresql12-postgresql-12.4-1.el7.src.rpm fails at build time ;)
