We have recently created a CentOS CI Infra Openshift 4 cluster (ocp.ci.centos.org and ocp.stg.ci.centos.org) , which we intend to replace the legacy CentOS CI Infra Openshift 3.6 (apps.ci.centos.org), and the central Jenkins (ci.centos.org).
This ticket is to be used to track the migration of existing tenants from the legacy infra to the new cluster.
@bstinson @arrfab @siddharthvipul1 fyi. Lets get a list of tenants, and keep this issue upto date, when the successfully migrate to the new cluster.

The front door team (cockpit project on apps.ci.centos.org) would like to migrate as well. Sorry that we are late to the game, I missed the announcement (I subscribed to the ML now). Are there some instructions which steps to take, like where to request a project and login credentials?
