#1579 Migrate CentOS Infra/services running from community cage to new DC

This is just a parent task/ticket that will be open (worked on) for multiple months until full migration will be complete.
This ticket will so just be showing work being done through other tickets that will be created (and so status can be seen by looking at other tickets linked to this parent ticket, as Depending on relationships

Context: the actual DC where majority of 'on-premises' hardware that we use for centos public infra will have to be recycled and so community projects hosted there will have to move to new DC.
