I can't go to the mirror manager, it throws a Varnish error.

You haven't mentioned from where you'd be pulling yourself centos stream content so I guess (hope) you're just locally pulling on a origin node (and from another public mirror as it seems you don't want to pull from us through rsync, reason why we has for origin ipv4/ipv6 address[es])

CentOS category has been added on your host in mirrormanager though, but ideally you're not just using a CDN in front of another CDN (ours)

We have a own mirror origin and have a CDN in front of it.

Thanks, so these two ip addresses were added in the ACL for rsync so you should be able in the next minutes to pull from rsync.stream.centos.org (see doc
