Currently the IRC bot is using the wrong cloak and needs to properly authenticate with the Freenode servers. It's currently cloaked as "centos/ci" and this should be "centos/bot/ci". If the service is not properly authenticated and cloaked the current cloak will be dropped.

Hi @gerdesas, bstinson who has more knowledge on the bots is away on PTO. He will back soon. This bot is used to notify CI job status on IRC (as you would have guessed). I have contacted all the projects I could find using this to see if they need it. We will clarify/come up with a resolution soon

Since the centos_ci user was not critical any longer, I went ahead and disconnected the ci.centos.org master from Freenode. The configuration is still in place if we ever need to update it.
