#1403 [spike] openshift cluster[s] upgrade from 4.13 to 4.14 (4.15 ?)

We currently have server openshift clusters, still running 4.13.
While that version is still supported , it's not fully supported, but rather now in Maintenance support

This spike is about facts gathering, and testing a .stg. instance update first and then create (and announce) other updates through other tickets (some on internal Jira)

.stg. cluster was updated and production CI cluster will be updated to 4.5.11 (announced)
