To many processes on p8h1.ci.centos.org is a way too common notification to a point that it doesn't seem to be valid. It might be that the consideration here is number of process but not he percentage of process acceptable on nodes.
@siddharthvipul1 can you check this is still valid? Update the ticket with any acceptance criteria required, and size the work if we know how big the job is etc.

Due to the specific Power 8 architecture, and number of cores, the generic zabbix check was disabled on zabbix for the p8h{1,2,3}.ci.centos.org nodes.
