The CentOS Infra is actually a mix of RHEL8 and RHEL9 hosts and our own Infra SIG is still maintaining some packages (signed with our SIG gpg key) pushed to mirror.centos.org/centos/8/infra There was a recent thread on centos-devel list about upcoming changes for the CentOS 7 EOL (and 8-stream) and SIGs expressed their interest into seeing their own el8 packages being pushed to newer mirror.stream.centos.org/SIGs setup
While we'll modify this at the releng (sign+push) process, we have to review our own .repo.j2 templates in our own infra to start reflecting that change and so still be able to get packages from new location)
