#135 Switch all remaining TLS letsencrypt certs from http challenge to dns challenge

We currently have a process that uses both http and dns challenges (for ACME protocol) for our TLS certs issues by LetsEncrypt.
Let's switch all remaining ones still using http challenge to dns challenge and so have only one task to issue/renew all certs (before they are pushed/applied automatically by Ansible automation across centos infra)
