We got a mail from a sponsor about current sponsored server going EOL and so we'll be offered a newer server. This ticket is just to track progress and about decommissioning old server, and init the new one

After several attempts with various cloud instances/metal instances (and io/bandwidth test) we finally found the correct flavor that suits our needs and ansible configured the server so it's syncing data
All done and legacy server returned to sponsor
