#1258 tag all centos infra AWS resources with specific tag

Reopen Issue

Based on https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/infra/sysadmin_guide/aws-access/#_role_and_user_policies , all deployed AWS resources should be tagged with a proper FedoraGroup= tag.
Some CentOS resources are currently missing that tag so we'll just have to ensure that :

  • deployed resources are tagged
  • CentOS Infra SOP is aligned with Fedora one so that newly deployed resources will inherit proper tag/value
