the current centos 7 server that is used as main root server for the mirror CDN has to be moved to a different server, running el9. It will just need sync-up to ensure that stream and SIGs content can land safely on migrated server once it's replacing old one.

New server is installed and under ansible/monitoring control. We just need to ask internal network team to update the port config to allow additional vlan
Internal ticket (for ref) is RITM1558838 and data is actually being synchronized between old and new server. We'll have to wait for the differnet port/vlan to be configured before we consider switching roles
New server is now "live" and confirmed that new SIG content and Stream composes were landing correctly so all working good
