#1208 Adding ppc64 (Big Endian) to migrated C7 tests

Recently we migrated the QA tests to the Stream compose jenkins instance but we were missing ppc64 (Big Endian) while ppc64le (Little Endian) was correctly added.
Based on a discussion with @hughesjr we'll just plumb ppc64 for centos 7 until EOL (next year) to then be able to decommission old setup
